I have a confession. Ok, not really a confession because just about everyone who actually knows me knows it and I am not ashamed of it, but.... I have an obsession, of sorts, with Winnie the Pooh! Yes, go ahead and laugh, but seriously, I kind of like him a lot (ok, not as much as Cowboys, but that is a different story). So my car has a little Winnie the Pooh hanging on the mirror and he basically is my friend that accompanies me on all my road trips and road adventures of getting lost (happens a lot). So, whether you like it or not this post is Winnie the Pooh quotes. I probably just scared away half my readers, but you know if you can't put up with my Winnie the Pooh obsession for just one day than that is really just too bad. Be thankful I did not decide to do a Seven Brides for Seven Brothers post instead. I would understand if you left me after that. That would be the testing of whether we are true friends or not, but this time I am just sticking with Winnie the Po...
I know it can be kind of discouraging for Christians girls, who really desire to dress modestly, to go shopping. Often times it is very hard to find something that is modest. There is modest clothing out there, it just might take a bit of searching. Also, don't forget to check out the thrift stores. That is where I find almost all of my clothes. People are all the time getting rid of their clothes that are in really...
Hello Everyone who reads this, I would like to know of some good Christian books to read, so I thought I would ask about it on my blog. Therefore, I have some Questions for you and here they are. 1. What is your favorite spiritual book that you have ever read? 2. What is your favorite fiction that you have ever read? 3. What is your favorite biography or true story that you have ever read? 4. What is your favorite missionary biography that you have ever read? 5. Who are your three favorite authors? I would love to hear your answers to these questions, and it doesn’t really have to be your “favorite ever read book” just one that you really liked. And now I shall attempt to answer the questions myself for anyone who may be interested. 1. Favorite spiritual book – Dug Down deep by Joshua Harris 2. Favorite fiction book – They Loved to Laugh by Katheryn Worth 3. Favorite biography – We Thought We Heard the Angels Sing by Lieutenant James C. Whittaker 4. Favorite missionary b...
