Truffles, Lightening, and Spiderwebs
Last night we had a thunderstorm and I was able to get a few pictures of the lightening.
The clouds poured out water;
The skies sent out a sound;
Your arrows also flashed about.
The voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind;
The lightnings lit up the world;
The earth trembled and shook.
Truffles are soooo delicious!
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 1-oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chopped toasted almonds
Gradually add 4 cups powered sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa, or additional powdered sugar. Chill. Makes 4 dozen. Enjoy!
The other day in the morning their was a nice fog and the night before it had rained, so you could see spiderwebs all through our woods. It was really cool!
Have a happy day in Jesus!
P.S. Here is a post by my Mom We All Need Forgiveness. I haven't read it yet myself, but I'm sure it is well worth reading. So Check it out!
