Common Sense Sanitation Tips

1. Always wash your hands after using the bathroom.
2. Always wash your hands before eating, if possible.
3. Always wash your hands before cooking.
4. Cover your mouth or turn away when you sneeze or cough.
5. Always, always, wash your hands after being outside and handling the dead snake you found!
And remember these are not the only things you should wash your hands after doing.

How to Wash Your Hands

1. Put your hands under hot water to get them wet.
2. Take them out from under the water and put soap on your hands.
3. Scrub the soap all over your hands, out from under the water, for at least thirty seconds (I must admit, I don’t usually wash my hands that long myself, but that is about how long you’re suppose to do it). Make sure that plenty of suds are covering your hands.
4. Put them back under the water and scrub them under the water as you rinse off all the soap.
5. Dry your hands on a clean towel.

If you follow these instructions then you will be spreading a lot less germs and there will probably be less sickness in your home, as well. God Bless You!

  1. Great tips! You are right if we wash our hands often and thoroughly we would not spread germs or get sick so often.
