I found this poem in Streams of the Desert and liked it so much I decided to share it with all of ya'll! I hope you are blessed by it! Once I heard a song of sweetness, As it cleft the morning air, Sounding in its blest completeness, Like a tender, pleading prayer; And I sought to find the singer, Whence the wondrous song was born; And I found a bird, sore wounded, Pinioned by a cruel thorn. ReplyDeleteTaylor, this post was written like 3 years ago. Haha! But I guess its nice to know that my old posts are not lying dormant. ;) Oh, and that is cool that you want to go to Africa. I have a heart for the Dominican Republic, but also have had an interest in going to Africa, as well. I don't really know where God will lead me in this world.
